Video Player Seekbar Handle

Greetings, I am working on a video player using the flvplayback component. on fullscreen, i wish to achieve the custom skin to remain the same size. everything seems to be fine, except for the seekbar handle. the seekbar is fine, but the seekbar handle is huge. if i change the size of it, the normal view is tiny, whilst the fullscreen is fine. i can't find a happy medium. the seekbar and everything else scales fine, it is just the seekbar handle that i am having a hard time with. is there a way to control the properties of the handle itself? everything i do affects just the seekbar and not the handle.
