Viewing a html 5 file in a browser

When i publish my HTML 5 JS animate project withe three files , images folder Javasript and HTML file they people i send it to cannot view it and get a browser warning unable to open this file.On my own computer no problems.

Tried with two people in different parts of the world still unable to view.Any help appreciated
