Virtual camera not working

Hi,

I have recently started using animate and I am now starting to try and use the verual camera but when I select it the option to zoom and rotate the camerea doesn't come up. There is probably some simple solution but I couldn't find anything on youtube or google.

If you could help that would be greatly appreciated (:
