wacom pen moves to different  screen.

i have set up my wacom tablet to only my right screen and it worked fine with photoshop but when i us it with animate it always picks up both screens, my tablet setting says only right screen, i made one setting for animate but it still dose not work.
so what it dose right now is aslong as i'm on anything but animate my tablet reaches just my right screen but as soon as i click on animate my tablet squeeze in  my left screen and if i was using the left half (i normaly do) next time i click. i click on my left screen and not animate so it goes back to my right screen like is should hav been.
how do i fix this?
