Warp Tool Malfunctioning

Horrible issue that started happening to me just last night, the warp tool is nearly unusable now! Look:

We have our asset, nice and clean and connected

The warp tool is applied, and you can already see the problem here

These holes start appearing in the asset! Holes! HOLES! This hasn't been a problem up until last night, I fear I may have accidentally done something to my settings or preferences. This is extremely urgent, any sort of fix would be appreciated ASAP

    Increase the mesh density from the properties. The lower it is the less accurate the deformation becomes.  Try using an intermediate value for complex shapes, not too low not too high.

    Try converting to a drawing object, duplicate it. The one below, fill it all with the same color. Align the two, create a group. And now add the pins.
