Warp tools and others "new featuring"

Hello, I was wondering if Adobe has any plans to improve the “new” features in Animate, such as the warp tools and layer parenting. These would be great tools if they were more reliable. I really like the way the warp tool works and would use it more if it didn’t have bugs, such as disappearing when closing and reopening the file, conflicts with other warp objects, and other issues.

I think the best news for Animate users would be if these tools worked at least reasonably well.
