Washed out export in Animate cc

Hey guys! I've been working in animate cc now for about a year and this is my first time experiencing this problem.  I just got a new computer and updated all my creative cloud apps to the 2019 versions and now I'm experiencing wash out when I export my animations. I'll see it perfectly fine in the software but when I export it the color is washed out and desaturated. any help?
