Weird grey lines while drawing with the brush tool

for some reason when i draw with the brush tool, weird grey lines appear inside of the drawing, but once i let go it just looks normal, is there any fix for this? i'll show a video of it

It's a Windows screen scaling problem, set your screen scaling to 100% or it'll cause visual glitches in Animate.
