F4P was Adobe's variation of H.264 video. I'm not sure why it shows as being .swf, but if it's a .f4p file you could rename it to be .mp4.

One complication is that the file may have some copyright protection built into it, which may make it not playable.

swf's in browsers has already exited. 

 

swfs with embedded players continue to exist.
