What is code on submit button of contact us page?

Not sure anyone is going to write code with such vague specifications.

The example here for LoadVars (URL variable data structures common with HTML

perfect template.

The example here for XML
http://livedocs.macromedia.com/flash/8/main/00002879.html is the perfect
template.

Look at those and form more specific questions.
