16:9 isn't a resolution, it's a ratio. The width you want will determine the height, or the height you want will determine the width. So fire up your calculator and do either:

width = (16 / 9) * height [16/9 is 1.7777..., so you'll have to round the result up]

height = (9 / 16) * width

That being said, the most common 16:9 resolutions are 1280 x 720 and 1920 x 1080.

Clay ir correct. Just want to add that 1920x1080 is probably what I use 99% of the time when authoring content in Animate CC (AKA Flash). I even have it set as the default when creating a new document.
