What kind of file from CC ANIMATE into After EFFECT

Hi

What is the best file to export my animation (:gif? png?....) into after effect ?

I'va tried GIF but i seems to be make my PC slower...

(oh yeah i know i've asked Santa Claus to offer me another more strong )

depends what you're trying to do but you can import fla, swf and other published file types, Integration of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with Animate

Thanks I' m just reading the page

It seems to have two solutions :SWF or FLA(to communicate with ANIMATE AND AE)

but not png nor gif
