What's the good alternative?

So, this morning I received a “bomb” in my email, Adobe Animate will be discontinued.

My head runs fast and I’m trying to understand what can be the solution after this.

First of all I ask Adobe, since we pay each month mainly for Adobe Animate, where can I download the full installer, even if it will not be updated anymore after 1st of march.

Secondly I’m asking the community if some of you bumped into a good animation programs for html5 banner. Good I mean with masks filters and stuff, not the ease-in and opacity animation kind.

Thirdly I’ve to say that Adobe is making a huge mistake. For what I know their program is quite unique and they’re tossing it for no reason at all.
