When drawing, Animate only takes every second line.

Hey! I hope you can help me.

Since two days Animate only takes every second line I draw. Sometimes it draws one tiny dot instead of the line, sometimes it just doesn't react in any way and continues with the next one. It doesn't matter if I'm drawing on my tablet or touchpad. It also reacts really slow to every other command.
Everything else on the computer works as usual. 

I would be greatfull for any tipps! Thank You
