When I make a symbol its only for that frame, so for things like the auto lipsync thing i cant

When I make a symbol its only for that frame, so for things like the auto lipsync feature i cant do becasue not all of my symbols are there, the only symbol that is there is the one of that frame, which is the frame im on.

I dont think im explaining my situation very well, sorry but if you think you can help me please reply or reccomend a video or something to go watch that explains the symbols and lipsyncing thing in greater detail becasue ive been trying to look for one, but they keep confusing me.
