Whenever I create a new symbol and go back to my scene everything gets deleted

why?

I cant even undo it either, it just goes away

Hi.

It's because when you create a new symbol, you create a Library item only and not a instance on stage.

After you create a new symbol, um must go to the Library and drag an instance from there to the stage.
