Whenever I try to move my drawing the layer gets spilt and creates a new keyframe How can I move it without making any changes to the frame?

    Hi.

You probably need to disable the auto keyframe feature at the top of the Timeline panel.

Hi, just following up — João's point is the key one here: it's the Auto Keyframe button at the top of the Timeline panel. If it's on, Animate adds a new keyframe (and splits the layer) as soon as you move the drawing on the stage. Turn Auto Keyframe off, then move the drawing while you're on its existing keyframe, and it should move without creating a new one.

Did that solve it for you? If it's still splitting, let us know your Animate version and whether Auto Keyframe was on — that will help narrow it down.
