Where's the drawing mode tool?

I haven't used Animate in probably a year so I've not kept up with changes.  That said, I'm trying to create a new animated presentation and I cannot, for the life of me, find the Drawing Mode tool in Animate 2020. Was it replaced? Was it moved? Is this a glitch? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

Hi mate,

 

In AA 2020 many things have been moved to Properties Panel and its various tabs.

Check there.
