Wheres the deco tool?

Hello!

After buying Animate CC, I discovered on Youtube that there was something called the Deco Tool that you could use to create smoke animations (among other animation presets). This was perfect, as I needed some smoke in the animation I was making. So I look around in the Tools section and notice that the Deco Tool isn't there. So what's happening?

A while ago Flash Pro was rewritten as a 64 bit application. In doing that some features were dropped, and gradually added back in. The Deco tool hasn't yet made it back in.

You can install Flash Pro CS6 if you want to use the Deco tool.
