White boarder flicker on GIF export

Hello! I'm new to this program as of a few hours ago. I want to make a simple text animation with a transparent background as an overlay for video. The trouble I run into is this flashing white border thing that keeps showing up in the end of the animation.

This developed after I had learned how to get rid of the white matte that was surrounding the animation and sized up the animation itself to create cleaner lines. I can not find a solution to this problem on the Adobe website and was wondering if anyone has dealt with this and could help me.
