White Screen

Hi there!

I've been trying to download adobe animation from the cloud app but the app itself won't open. When I double click it opens a blank white page. Along with that, when I try to download it from my browser, the same thing happens. My subscriptions are up to date and my other programs already downloaded are working just fine. I really need to download the animation program for a project asap, anyone know how to help me?
