WHITE SCREEN (stage does not appear)

I installed the trial version of Animate, however when I open the program this white screen does not allow me to work.

*My software and video card are up to date .

What can I do to make this white screen come out?

Hi,

Can you please check your Windows OS version meets the minimum system requirements https://helpx.adobe.com/in/animate/system-requirements.html. If your Windows OS version is lower than the minimum supported, can you please updgrade to one of the supported version and see if that helps?
