why does this happen to my custom brushes, and how do i fix it?

ok so i created this custom brush and these were the settings

its totally normal, nothing wrong

but then i closed animate and opened it again

this happened to my brush

im wondering, why did this happen, and how do i fix it

please someone help

what do you see when you paint with that new brush?

for some reason the brush becomes bigger and goes from 40 degrees to -40 degrees
