Whenever i Export an fla file to a mp4 file, the file is enormously big for no reason, doesnt matter if the animation is complicated or not, i was working on an animation that is less than 30 seconds long, and the file size is 7GB! How do i fix/change this?

From your other post I can see that you're using Flash 8.

Flash 8 does not even 'know' of the existence of MP4.

Instead of trying to export video from Flash 8, publish a SWF and then use Swivel to convert it to MP4.

It's probably not an MP4 file to begin with. Could you post a screenshot of your export settings?
