Why is animate not on the list?

I have reset my PC. Reinstalled Windows 10.

Searched for Animate Download. Pressed download

Waited 30 minutes...

Still no sign of animate... but loads of other stuff I'm not interested in 😞

Any idea when/if Animate will appear?

that's an old cc desktop app.

update your windows to v1903+ and then update your cc desktop app
