Why there is no "CC Library" option in my Animate CC' window

Why there is no "CC Library" option in my Animate CC' window,which prevents me from using CC Library in Animate CC.

If not resolved, you can try the File menu,

Select your account and sync now.

Open the log file in the bottom path.

Find animate,To see if a path exists.

C:\Users\youname\AppData\Local\Temp\CreativeCloud\Creative Cloud Libraries

If you are pirated,

There will be no CC library.

Please support genuine.

If you are the official version,

May not have landed.

Look at your account in the Help menu.

No, I'm using a official version, and I have a login. My Ps、Ai and other software have the option of "CC Library", only Animate CC does not.
