wrap around animation

New to Animate. I use Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop. I make videos about hairstyling and would like to include simple animations over static images in them. I kind of have a start but my Problem is that

I want to make lines originating higher up on the round object that WRAP AROUND the object like hair would on the head as they fall. 

Any help in the right direction would be appreciated
