Xp-pen tablet not functioning on adobe animate

My drawing tablet works just fine on any other program, but when I enter a new project on adobe animate, it stops functioning. It doesent even move the mouse. Anyone knows how to fix it?

Hello,

The issue is not reproducible at our end. 

 

Please follow below steps and see if it fixes your issue.

1. Please update your tablet driver. Un-install if there are any other products tablet drivers.

2. Enable "Windows ink" option in your XP-Pen driver

3. Please update to latest version of Animate available in Creative cloud desktop app

 

If the issue still exist, please let us know

1. XP-Pen tablet model and driver version

2. screen recording of the issue will help us investigate the same.
