Yellow Triangle with exclamation point on camera tool for Adobe Animate

I added the camera tool to my toolbar, but in the corner, it has a small yellow triangle with an exclamation point, like a warning symbol. The tool is also greyed out and I can't click it. Any advice on why this is happening or how I can fix it?

Check your Document Settings and ensure that Advanced Layers is selected.
