Youtube Progress Bar

Hi, I've got a chromeless youtube player embedded into my flash document with basic play, pause, unmute and mute functions, although I'm having trouble trying to implement a progress bar which could be used to display the video's playback position and to seek forward or backwards through the video. Has anyone managed to successfully do this and if so could you help me out?
