Cannot Combine Track Markers from Multiple Files into one CD layout

Build 14.1.0.11 - Feb 26,2011

PROBLEM: I need to combine CD range markers from two separate WAV files into one CD layout.  It's not working.  Also right-clicking a range marker and choosing "Insert Into CD Layout" and choosing an existing one yields nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Load two WAV files with CD range markers set

2. In first CD Range Marker panel, Right Click>Insert Into CD Layout>New Layout

3. Tracks are inserted into the new layout.

4. Select 2nd WAV file with CD range markers set

5. In CD Range Marker panel, select tracks, Right Click>Insert Into CD Layout>Choose Layout from above

RESULT:

Nothing happens.

WORKAROUNDS 

Tried dragging/dropping markers from the range marker panel to the CD layout clip in File manager. No success.

Tried creating a new, blank CD layout, which says, "drag/drop files or range markers." Problem is you can't see both the CD layout panel and the Range Marker panel at the same time! Can't drag/drop. No way to open a WAV file and the CD layout panel in separate Editor panels.

Will have to render tracks to separate files then insert them into the CD layout.

This needs fixing.
