New booting problem with latest Beta release

But I have just encountered yet another error when trying to open and run the latest beta.

The boot sequence seems to run without problem (no freeze) but the following error message appears and the app then becomes unresponsive:

Having used Audition as my go-to audio editor for rather more years than I care to remember, I am rapidly considering whether my monthly subscription is even remotely worth continuing.

Very disappointed!
