Now in Beta: Windows on ARM Native in Audition Beta

We are excited to announce the public beta release of Windows on ARM native support in Audition! Audition is expected to run on all Windows computers using Qualcomm Snapdragon X Series ARM architecture-based processors.

Some features of Audition on Windows Intel systems will not be available when using on Windows ARM, either in beta or in the final release. These features are:

Import & Export of GoPro Cineform
Loudness Radar effect (Loudness Meter is a replacement for Loudness Radar)

Some features of Audition on Windows Intel systems are not currently available in the beta on Windows ARM but will be available in a future release. These include:

Support for 3rd party extensions (this includes audio plugins)
Import of MotionJPEG and MKV
Import/export of JPEG2000 in MXF
Import of any SonyRAW files including X-OCN
Import of CanonRAW files
Import of ARRIRAW files
Import of ProRes RAW files
Control Surface: AVID EUCON

This is part of our broader support for Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, and After Effects on native Windows ARM.

I do not see Audition listed as an available app in Creative Cloud. Windows Surface Pro with a Snapdragon X 10 core processsor

Nevermind. I was able to install it through the Creative Cloud web interface, just not from the desktop app.

I also cannot install Audition using a PC with Snapdragon(R) XPlus X1P4200. Their tech tried to install it with no luck and said he will call tomorrow? 😞 This is really dissapointing.

Also not able to run Audition (Beta).

- Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)

- 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable)

- 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor

Hello! i ust downloaded the Adobe Audition after seeing this message and received a prompt stating there is a problem downloading to Qualcomm Snapdragon Laptop. Until Adobe can get this correct, I will continue to use Audacity.
