Range Markers and CD Layout Issues

Beta build 22.1.0.8 _ Sept 28

Two issues:

Placing range markers to create CD tracks (shift + M) used to create CD markers. It now produces cue markers, which won't insert into a CD layout.

After correcting marker type and selecting all CD markers, right clicking and choosing "insert into [existing CD layout name]" nothing is inserted into the existing CD layout. I have to choose "insert into NEW CD layout for it to accept the markers.
