Access denied when trying to download DNG Converter 11 for Windows.

Hi,

I tried to download the new DNG Converter 11.0 for windows but was met with the following error page. I have also asked a friend to try from his laptop (in another area of Singapore) and he met the same error page.

I tried 10.5 version and the download works fine. Any advise how to resolve this?

    Hi Sahil,

    I tried different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) all gave the same error. I did manage to download and this is what I found out.

    This is the DNG Converter 11 page (Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Windows : Adobe DNG Converter 11.0 : Thank You ) which when I click the "Download Now" button I got redirected to the page in the screenshot on the first post.

    So I copied the link of that download button (http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/dng/win/DNGConverter_11_0.exe ) and paste that URL in a new Chrome browser tab, no luck, same error page.

    I then change the http to https (https://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/dng/win/DNGConverter_11_0.exe ) and it worked, was able to down version 11. I am not sure why this error page only shows up for version 11.0 as I have not issue download the previous versions (without changing the url).

    Hi Evo,

    As you're getting an Access denied error while trying to download the Adobe DNG converter, try opening the link in the Incognito mode of Google Chrome.

    How to enable incognito mode on Google chrome: Browse in private - Computer - Google Chrome Help

    Thanks. I tried it under incognito mode and I still get the same error as per the above screenshot.
