ACR 10.3 update making Bridge regenerate thumbnails & previews

Creative Cloud updated Camera Raw to version 10.3 this morning and now Bridge wants to regenerate all 237,000 thumbnails and previews in the cache. Which represent 14 terabytes of tiffs and will take days to complete. How do we make it stop? Is there a way go back to the previous version of Camera Raw?

Here is the link to downgrade your ACR to 12_2_1. I already did, and I'm waiting for Adobe to fix everything that is missing or change for no practical reason, including the user interface.
