ACR 12.3 Crop Tool missing?

Hi,

I am missing the crop tool in Adobe Camera Raw 12.3 (12.3.0.493 in Win10 64bit), see screenshot below.

I reinstalled it, but that did not fix the problem.

This seems a bit strange, suggestions welcome.

Are you using the Camera Raw filter from within Photoshop? There is no crop tool available from that route.
