ACR 12.3 is missing Merge to Panorama

What happened to it? I can't make a pano!!! Is it now elsewhere? Help!

It is available-

'Open' multiple photos from Bridge and they appear in the ACR filmstrip,

Select all, [Ctrl+A], [Right-Click], select 'Merge to Panorama'
