ACR 12.3 misleading, uncomfortable, wierd and made my editing experience a hell

Dear UI/UX ACR genious, what in the world made you think we would love this mess?
At lease would you kindly code an option switch to the normal, standard, well loved UI and your new one?
The software functions are really good implemented and I like them very much, but I just can't use the program.  and I am paying for it.

    Correct! It's bloody awful to use and I doubt the arrogance of Adobe will listen to it's customers and revert to the original layout....

      I have to agree. The interface is too crowded, and what happened to being able to save a file direct from Camera Raw? I used that all the time when I didn’t need to go into Photoshop for additional editing. Bring it back, please!
