ACR 13.3 hangs when opening Ricoh Theta Z1 DNG files in Windows.

Tried ACR 12.2.1 and that hangs Photoshop too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I can't work!!!  I have to to start calling clients soon and tell them I can no longer do the job.
