ACR 15.3.0.1451 No Denoise no Enhance
I have ACR version 15.3.0.1451. There is no Denoise and no enhance. What am I missing?

Denoise is only available in the CR Plugin. CR Filter uses a demosaiced image which is not currently supported under Denoise. You need to work with a raw file itself.
There are plans to support more file types in the future, and - this is just a guesss - that will allow for possible use as a filter.
