ACR crash CR3 files

Question

I am using the latest version of ACR. Even in the previous version, the problem began. When opening a large number of photos, I discover that some of them cannot be opened. When opened through the Windows viewer, graphic artifacts appear in the photo. To exclude the camera, I checked the old photos, they also have such a defect on them (there were no problems with them before when working with them). When checking Sony ARW files, there are no problems anywhere, only CR3. I also tried to create a copy of the sources to check before / after. The problem appears after opening photos in ACR.

Looks like data corruption to me. It could be your GPU, but all images would show such issues.

Can you upload one to something like Dropbox so others can examine the document?

The embedded JPEG preview seen in other app's may look OK, but Adobe Camera Raw is dealing with the raw data, and again, this looks like corruption of the raw.
