acr freezes when working with masks

After updating ACR to 16.3, open the program, select the brush in the mask in ACR. We create a mask and acr hangs safely. The second window (alt+tab) is the Adobe report, but you can’t switch to it, just like anywhere else. Even in the task manager via ctrl+alt+del. Only logout and loss of all work I did for about 6 hours.  Than I delete the acr user profile (in appdata) -work again - the same story. Reinstall acr, along with all applications from cc. Be clean all the Adobe settings in the appdata. Launch it, we work - we also freeze when working with masks.
I'd download previous one - 16,2, from https://adobe-camera-raw.ru.uptodown.com/windows/download/124946969 and my problem was solved. All program freezes have disappeared.
My OS/hw: win10 21h2 ltsc/i7-12700K/RTX 4070 EAGLE OC 12G/Kingston FURY Beast Black [KF556C36BBEK2-32] 32 ГБ/about 400 GB freespace on ssd one.
