ACR Import photos settings

Hello everyone,

I´ve been having this issue for some time now, I´m not sure whether it has to do with an update or if I´m just too blind too fix it.

In the past, when I imported photos in ACR using the "Import Photos from. . ." window, once I had entered the settings, for example destination folder, copyright info etc., the software remembered these settings for the next import.   Now for some time, I always get the regular default window where I then have to re-enter all my values again.   I can´t seem to find a way to save my settings, can´t see a checkbox anywhere -- am I really that blind?

I´m using Adobe CC2021 (latest version, automatically updated) on a windows 10 Pro desktop, my current Bridge Version is 11.1.1.185
