Adjustment Brushes and Radial Filters STILL don't work

Incredibly frustrated! 

- When using the Adjustment brush I am unable to make minor adjustments with the "Erase" brush. Instead, it automatically changes back to the "Add" brush.

- Radial filters similarly don't work. I am unable to create a second radial filter on any image. After talking to Adobe Support for the 2nd time, I was given a "work around" that requires me to exit out of the tool and go back to the Radial Filter to create another filter. It doesn't work every time, and it seems ridiculous to me that I have to make that kind of effort.

I contacted Adobe on October 30 about this issue and there is STILL no resolution!
