Adobe camera raw 13.1 issue

I've experienced the latest update of camera raw 13.1 issue where the screen freeze or crash after i did several adjustments on the raw file. Same issue happened when i restart the computer.. pls advice. Tks.

    Raw 13.1.0.658 freezes photoshop when I open the raw filter, and when i open a raw file directly. Running a 2019 HP workstation, ISV certified, etc all drivers current, etc. This is an Adobe issue. HELP!  I cannot do anything with RAW files at all, since the upgrade this morning. I have 5,000 images to edit NOW.
