Adobe camera Raw 18 has problem downloading AI models

i get the Errors  "Unable to download dust removal models." and "Unable to download required AI model." if i try to use those features.

I tried using the AI model downloads section and that shows "Download Error"

I am on Camera Raw 18.1.1 (Latest) and this happens on both my Mac and my windows PC.

I also tried Camera Raw 18.0 on PC. I have also tried accessing it through bridge and photoshop.

Reflection removal worked fine for me in 17.4.2, which was the last version i was using.
