Adobe Camera Raw availability issue

My ACR app has recently grayed out and is not available.  I'm having a great deal of trouble finding help for this issue and would appreciate any suggestions.

    Can you post a screen shot? Where is it showing that it's grayed out? What version of ACR are you using, and what program are you using it with?

    I'm having the same issue, it was working last week and now it won't let me open any type of image in camera raw.
