Adobe Camera Raw Glitch within Photoshop 22.01

When I open an image in photoshop by right clicking and open with photoshop, camera raw pops up and you can make adjustments before it is opened in Photoshop. From this screen I CAN apply a camera color profile. 

If I open the image in photoshop and then later go to filters > Camera Raw Filter, then there are no options to apply camera color profiles.I have attached 2 screenshots for reference.
