Adobe Camera Raw Remove AI - Quality issue

So I was removing an area from a photo taken with my mirrorless camera. I successfully complete the operation, but to my dismay, only when I printed the file I realized that the remove are had a super low DPI quality (did not match the DPI or sharpness of the original image). 

Am I missing something to enhance the quality of the remove section ?

Looked inside the Enhance function, but that only enhances the original image xtimes.
